Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between you and Krome House Media, LLC ("Aerixx", "we", "us") for using aerixx.com. By creating an account or watching on Aerixx, you agree to them. Please read them; they're written to be read.

1. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Some shows contain mature themes and language.
  • Give us a real email address and keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
  • Your account is for you. Don't sell, share or transfer it.

2. Plans and billing

  • Aerixx has a free plan and paid plans (currently Aerixx Plus and Gold), billed monthly or yearly. What each plan includes and costs is shown on the plans page when you subscribe.
  • Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the then-current price, until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
  • You can cancel any time from your account. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account moves to the free plan. See Cancellation and refunds.
  • If we change a plan's price, we'll tell you before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then.
  • Prices are in US dollars. Any taxes required by law are added at checkout.
  • If a payment fails, we'll retry it and ask you to update your card. If it still can't be collected, your plan ends.

3. Watching

  • Shows, episodes, music videos and everything else on Aerixx are owned by Krome House Media, LLC or used with permission. Your plan gives you a personal, non-commercial right to stream them on Aerixx while your plan is active.
  • Don't download, record, copy, re-upload, share links to work around a paywall, or show Aerixx content in public or for money. Don't try to get around our access controls or security.
  • What's available changes over time. We may add, move or remove shows, change release times, or change what each plan includes. Gold early access means Gold members can watch before the public release time shown on each episode.

4. Things you can't do

  • Break the law, or help anyone else do it, using Aerixx.
  • Interfere with the site, overload it, scrape it, or probe it for weaknesses.
  • Pretend to be someone else, or use someone else's account or payment method.

5. Ending things

You can stop using Aerixx and delete your account at any time from your account page. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or if we have to by law. If we close a paid account for no fault of yours, we'll refund the unused part of your current period.

6. Copyright concerns

We respect other people's rights. If you believe something on Aerixx infringes your copyright, email hello@aerixx.com with the work, where it appears on Aerixx, your contact details, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized. We'll look into it promptly.

7. The legal fine print

  • Aerixx is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.
  • To the extent the law allows, Krome House Media, LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
  • Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect. Continuing to use Aerixx after that means you accept the new terms.
